A true Optical Alignment field engineer has a personal touch and understanding of what's happening in the process and also the machine. The personality and faults of the machine and fixes them. I optically aligned a machine and that had previously been running at 30 to 40 percent. After the shot it was running in the 80 percent range. All line drives and gearboxes, core loading and winding section Beloit and Valment paper machines from head box, wire tension roll pickup shoe, belt tension roll, pressure roll to reel section or paper rewind.
Diaper converting splicing units, transport conveyors, all web handing equipment, and other unit ops that can't be mentioned. Falk gearboxes to line drives. steam generator and pump foundations
